Ingredients:
• 1 pound cake, sliced in thirds horizontally
• Europe’s Best® Raspberries, thawed 3 cups
• sugar, divided 1/2cup
• mascarpone cheese, divided 1 tub
• milk 3 tablespoons
• vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
• Europe’s Best Sun Ripe Peaches, thawed 1 cup
• milk 3 tablespoons
Recipe direction:
1. Take the loaf pan of the size of 8½” x 4½” (21 cm x 11cm) and wrap it with the plastic. And then leave for some time for hanging over sides.
2. Now mix the raspberries along with the 1 tablespoon sugar in the medium bowl.
3. Take another bowl and combine the ingredients like 1½ cup cheese, remaining sugar and as well as milk.
4. In the prepared pan arrange the bottom layer of peaches.
5. Now pour the 1/3 of cheese mixture, 1/3 of raspberries mixture, and also the layer of the cake on the top of peaches layer.
6. Continue this layer action again and then in the last top it with the layer of cake.
7. Now wrap this pan along with the plastic wrap and keep into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
8. Add the remaining ingredients like mascarpone cheese along with the 3tablespoons milk.
9. It’s ready to be served but before serving invert the terrine on the platter and remove the plastic wrap from the pan and then make the slices and garnish as you wish.
10. Serve immediately.
