Serves to 5 persons
• Milk 720ml
• Sugar 150g
• Yolks beaten of 6eggs
• Plain chocolate 90g
• Plain chocolate, chopped 90g
• Cocoa powder for dusting
1- Take the bowl and whisk the yolks of eggs well then add the half milk and sugar and mix it well then pour this mixture into the sauce pan and keep it on the low heat and cook until the mixture will be thick.
2- Now combine the first lot of chocolate into this mixture and cook it until it will be melted.
3- Remove from the heat and add the remaining milk and mix well, let it be cooled before covering this.
4- Keep into the refrigerator till the whole night.
5- The next day mix the chopped chocolate into the chocolate custard.
6- After that finally place the mixture into the bowl of ice-cream machine and churn according to the directions.
7- Before serving dust the cocoa powder. Now it is ready to be served.
