Ingredients

•    Chopped  fresh basil 2 tablespoons
•    Mediterranean Diced delight, frozen  1 bag
•    Grated  Parmesan cheese (1/3 cup)
•    Olive oil 1 tablespoon
•    Grated Mozzarella cheese (1 1/2 cups)
•    Salt ¼ teaspoon
•    4 bagels, halved crosswise
•    Pepper (1/4 tsp)
•    Prepared pesto 1 tablespoon

Recipe direction

1.    Take the parchment lined shallow baking dish or baking sheet and place over this the ingredients like Mediterranean diced delight and olive oil, pepper and salt as well.
2.    Roast it in the oven at the temperature of 425 °F till 25 minutes and stir as well occasionally till then vegetables will be cooked and its juice will be dried then take it out from oven and mix with the pesto and now leave it for 10 minutes to become it cool.
3.    Now take another baking sheet and put the bagel halves and cut it with side up.
4.    On the base of bagel place the mozzarella cheese and then place the roasted vegetable and on the top of this put the Parmesan cheese.
5.    Bake in the oven again at the temperature of 425 °F for 15 minutes the cheese will be bubbly around edges. Then lastly sprinkle the basil leaves and serve.

Ingredients


•    Mozzarella cheese, ½ cup shredded
•    Stewed Tomatoes 1 or (15 oz) can
•    Almonds 1/3 cup slivered
•    Black Beans, rinsed and drained 1 (15 oz) can
•    Condensed tomato soup 1 (10 oz) can
•    Mixed vegetables 2 cups frozen
•    Thyme 1/2 tsp
•    Water 1 cup
•    Brown rice 3/4 cup instant

Recipe direction

1.    Take the large skillet and combine the ingredients like thyme, tomatoes, uncooked rice, beans, vegetables, and water also.
2.    Keep this for boiling and then keep heat on the low.
3.    After boiling this cover it with the lid and simmer it till 15 minutes.
4.    Whenever there is need stir that time.
5.    Pour the almonds and tomato soup also in this material.
6.    Stir it occasionally and then simmer till more or less 3 to 4 minutes.
7.    Season it by sprinkling of cheese over this.
8.    Finally decorate it then serve.

•    1 onion
•    2 boneless chicken breasts
•    Real bacon bits 1/3 cups
•    BBQ sauce ½ cup
•    Chopped mushrooms 4 oz
•    Olive oil 1 tablespoon
•    Shredded cheddar 1 cup
•    1 green bell pepper
•    Chopped green chilies 4 oz
•    4 pita breads

Recipe direction

1.    On the low-medium heat, keep the grill.
2.    Place the olive oil on the chicken slightly.
3.    Sear this chicken for sometime on the grill.
4.    Then apply 2/3 of BBQ sauce on this chicken.
5.    Now cook the chicken until it will be dried. Then cut this into the small bites.
6.    Take the pita bread and spread the remaining BBQ sauce over this.
7.    Combine it with the ingredients like cheddar, chicken, chilies, onion, mushrooms, bell pepper, and bacon as well.
8.    Place the pizza on the grill for cooking till 8 to 10 minutes on the low heat, till then all vegetables will be tendered and crispy and cheese will be melted.
9.    Now it is ready to serve.

•    Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
•    6 nuggets spinach frozen
•    Pepper ¼ teaspoon
•    Ground turkey or lean ground beef 1 ½ lbs
•    Salt 1 teaspoon
•    1 egg
•    Smoked paprika, ground cumin or chili powder ½ teaspoon
•    Fresh bread crumbs ¾ cup
•    Dried oregano flakes 1 teaspoon
•    Chopped fresh cilantro or parsley 3 tablespoons
•    Tomato salsa or ketchup 1/3 cup
•    2 green onions, chopped

Topping

•    Tomato sauce ¼ cup
•    Grated Monterrey Jack or Cheddar cheese ½ cup

Recipe direction

1.    Cook the nuggets spinach frozen according to the direction of package then drain and squeeze. Let it be cooled.
2.    Take the medium bowl and mix the ingredients like salt, pepper, turkey, paprika, cooked spinach, egg, oregano, bread crumbs, salsa, cilantro, and onions as well. Combine this well and then make this in the shape of six patties.
3.    Take the large skillet and keep it into the medium heat and heat the oil, cook these patties for 15 minutes, turn it when there is need until it will be pink in color.
4.    Add the cheese and spoonful salsa over the top of this patties material.
5.    When the cheese will be melted slightly then place this material into the toasted bun.
6.    Garnish it before serving.

Ingredients

•    Egg noodles, cooked according to package direction without salt 4 cups
•    Cornstarch 3 tablespoons
•    1 stalk celery sliced (about ½ cup)
•     Beef broth 1 ¾ cup
•    1 medium onion, cut into wedges
•    Beef stock
•    Cut-up canned tomato 1 cup
•    1 boneless beef top round steak, ¾ inch thick, cut into thin strips (about 1 pound)
•    Sugar ½ teaspoon
•    Garlic powder ½ teaspoon

Recipe direction

1.    Take the small bowl and mix the cornstarch and 1 cup broth well even the mixture will be smooth properly.
2.    Take the 10 inch nonstick skillet and keep it on the medium heat cook the beef on it until it will be browned. Stir it occasionally then remove from the skillet and pour the fat on this.
3.    Combine the ingredients like remaining broth, celery, onion, garlic powder, tomatoes and sugar as well on the skillet and then let it be boiled, keep heat on the low, cook it till then vegetables will be tender crisp.
4.    In the skillet add the cornstarch mixture, cook it until the mixture will be boiled and thick, stir it occasionally and combine again the beef into the skillet and cook it well.
5.    Take out this mixture on the noodles and serve it.
